Our Managing Director Anna Hörmann has been nominated as a finalist for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award in the Family Business category.

20 companies have made it to the final this year, including Anna Hörmann and HÖRMANN Warnsysteme. The prize is awarded in four categories: family business, innovation, sustainability and young companies. The expert jury's decision was based on four key criteria: ‘Entrepreneurship’, which stands for entrepreneurial thinking and action, ‘Purpose’, which reflects the company's purpose and vision, ‘Growth’, which stands for growth and future potential, and ‘Impact’, which encompasses impact and corporate responsibility. The finalists, including Anna Hörmann, impressed the expert jury with their visions, expertise and strategies for overcoming challenges such as climate change, skills shortages and geopolitical crises.

The EY Entrepreneur of the Year will be awarded for the 28th time in Germany. The award ceremony will take place on 7 November 2024 at the Motorwerk in Berlin.
